27 month old nap / sleep schedule
My lo generally was sleeping 12/13 hours at night & a nap in the day
Now she’s sleeping about 11 - 11.5 hours a night waking earlier but doesn’t vary if she has 10 minute cat nap in day or 1.5 hour nap
What are others schedule like?

My son used to sleep 12 hours at night and fells asleep several times during the day. Sometimes he can fall asleep while playing or eating, and at first, I was very worried about it. Now he only sleeps at night and sometimes he wakes up if he hears loud noises.
