Nationwide Cashbuilder Account holders and HIPG??!!

After waiting weeks to receive my HIPG, today i finally found out why it hadnt been paid into my bank account even thou they confirmed that it had been recieved and processed.

It turns out that my bank account isnt allowed to receive the payment into my bank, so ladies, just to let you know if you want your HIPG paid into a Nationwide account.. specifically CASHBUILDER, the payment will be rejected and they will write to you asking for an alternative bank account.

yup nationwide send me round the bend too!

wen i was changing banks earlier in year i had closed my lloyds account (due to probs) and was waiting on my barclays account number.. in the mean time i asked for my mat allowance to be paid into oh nationwide account

nationwide rejected the payment as they refuse to accept payments on behalf of someone other than account holder

no other bank has a problem...
