Nativity play am i in the wrong?

Wish i could make things myself. Still go my son but i really do think he wont do it. We will struggle to even keep him on the stage. I am not going to force him as his only in nursery

Mine have never had a costume! Just a white or grey top for the stable animals!

My LO has to be a mouse for her nativity. Her school sent me a letter to ask that she have grey or brown clothes and they will make there masks, ears and tails at school which I think is good I managed to pick up a grey jumper and leggings off ebay for less than £10 the only problem I now have is they're slightly different shades of grey which I doubt would be a problem it's just my desire for things to always be perfect

Our nursery and school provide costumes.

If I had to pay for them I would. Just wouldn't want them to be the odd one out I suppose! My son has autism and he won't join in properly but I would still buy it if I had to.
