Natural IVF?

Hi I was just curious if anyone has heard of or tried natural IVF? And if so did you get pregnant on the first attempt? I only have 1 falliopen tube due to having an ectopic in 2005. Anyone who has researched natural IVF or tried it please let me know. What you think about it, or what the outcome of it was for you. Thank you

I have not done it but planning to go that route cos we have low sperm count. I do not like the idea of medicated IVF because I have cycts on my ovaries and my aunt was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer (ovarian stimulation is linked to cancer if you have family history). also I have high FSH and probably wont respond well to stimulation anyway. I read that natural IVF is better for "older" ladies because with just one naturally produced egg its quality is supposed to be better
