Ugh. I don't know whether it was my breakfast (just cereal) or what but since I got up this morning (about 6 hours ago) I've just felt so blerrghh. Kind of have that feeling that I'm going to throw up and have had some horrible stomach pains. If it carries on like this, I don't know how I'll be able to keep my lunch down (if I can manage it in the first place).
So, I tried Googling this (which is always a good idea) and first I was worried because I've read some things saying soy milk (which I had on my cereal) is good for you and other things saying it's bad. (The doctors here tell you just to enjoy the pregnancy and eat/drink whatever you want - I kid you not!)
Then I also read that these can be signs of preeclampsia which, of course, kind of freaked me out a bit.
So, yeah ... what do you think, ladies? How long shall I leave it until I give my doctor a call?
