We live along the river so often get problems with flys, midgies and just general flying things during the summer.

Anyone know of a baby safe product or spray I can use, preferably somthing natural (other then a rolled up newspaper)

LO will be out of the way when I use it anyway over at his nanies but id feel better knowing its not somthing likely to make him splutter and ill when he comes back if theres any still left in the air.

Also I have a cat but I can put him in one of the other rooms and do one at a time.
Also I find the sticky paper stuff doesnt work very well.

Why not try those electric fly zappers that they have in butchers shops etc .... there are no chemicals involved at all and they can be mounted high up so they will be completely safe for Brian :D

Thanks I did think of that but the problem is its the bathroom that effected most as that is the window on the riverside and the collest room so they go straight for there.
Im not too happy about the idea of having somthing electrical in the bathroom and plus we tried one of those in the kitchen and I think we must have steroide guzzling mutant flies, they just seem to fly into it get zapped for a few seconds and fly off again :)

I swear I heard one shout hoo yarr and flex its muscles as it flew off :)
