need answer quick, can I drink aveda tea while breastfeeding

    If it's the same one made by the haircare company then it's probably better not to have it as it contains peppermint that can affect supply and liquorice root which has caused drowsiness in babies though from what I understand it was only in newborns and these were very large doses not what you'd find in a tea. As a one off it is not going to do any harm so if you already drunk it do not worry xx
