Need to vent...

I have to see a specialist so I called to schedule my appointment like my ob said and the specialist office doesn't have any record of receiving my paper work so I have to call my ob office and have them re-fax it over and then call the specialist office to see if they have received it and schedule my appointment. So I called my ob office and the reception is being so RUDE!! She answers the phone basically yelling that she is going to put me on hold, so I wait. Then she picks up and asks me what I am calling about I seriously say three words and she abruptly interrupts yelling that she needs to put me on hold and seemed all irritated. I have been super irritable this pregnancy so I hung up. I just want to schedule my freakin' appointment.
Sorry ladies I just need to vent. It's really not that big of a deal but when your irritable it is.

That receptionist needs to be fired. I would have probably hung up too. Sorry that you had to deal with that frustrating situation.

I am sorry you were treated that way. I would for sure go to the office don't even let her know who you are and ask to speak to the doctor and let him know how you were treated. believe me most doctors do NOT want to loose a patient so action might be taken. Again I am so sorry
