Don't worry about the pound sweets you will soon get it back off! .. Just think back over this week and try and find what you have ate to put that lb on.
One thing I find odd about WW meetings is.. I've always been told to weigh in the morning before eating anything, yet the majority of their meetings are in the evening so if you have ate anything heavy then you are bound to have put on weight by the time you get weighed!

Are you also keeping track of your inches?

Im finally shifting my butt to get to the gym today, havent been since my induction a week and a half ago

me lol and i got drenched!!

i just need to get out more i think

apparently my hv was telling me i could
get a council house because of my
pnd and being on the top floor she
cant guarentee it but she said it may
well get us more points and a place?!?!
worth a shot i'd love a house! but we wouldn't
have as much money a month but the rent would
be alot less ... but i'll write the housing people
an email and see what they say

My one closes at 10pm every weeknight and 5pm weekends. I go in the morning though when Rob is around (and Alex is sleeping)

My Dad lives the opposite end of the country, so no i dont see him often.

I think Alex is having his growth spurt? He seems generally unsettled most of the time, has slept most of today so far and he took 10ozs in one go last night.
Hes being fussy with his bottles aswell he fusses a bit whilst taking them but fusses if you take it away.
