New here, how do I find all the posts I've replied to ?

Go into your user CP then click statistics and there are links to find all of your posts and all of the threads that you have started.

Alternativeley you can save threads youve replied to as favourites in your user CP too

I dont know if I'm being a bit thick but I cant see where this is for me?? I looked at my statistics - is it just the link that says 'threads started by xxxx' and 'posts by xxxx' ?? I tend to use the post spy but at busy times I cant keep up with it.....you'd think I'd have sussed this by now....
