Thanks im anxious should be tomo or friday..still sore boobs..so if im not preggo not sure why my boobs would hurt

So I got my bettas back and they came back as too I am just really confused because my breasts still hurt and I feel hungry is it possible I could still be pregnant but have a negative blood test
