Hi new and have not got much idea about all this. My first AF after m/c in August was 21st September so that makes me CD 11 today? Yes??So is it BD from now everyother day for how long???? For the optimum chance of conceiving?? Any advice would be great.

it depends how long your cycles are as to when you might O if it's 28 days it could be around cd14. so i would bd until cd 17/18 to catch the egg!

Thanks...aflight.....I have 27/28 days everytime.Hopefully might get lucky this month then?? Aren't you supposed to be more fertile after a miscarriage??

You could also try using OPKs to help you predict ovulation and time BD.
