Weve been put on the waiting list for IUI, approx 18 months waiting for that and we'll get 4 cycles to try.

The wait is long but id expected it to be longer, they take into consideration how long its been since you were first referred to the hospital for the waiting list.

Does that mean you may be seen before 18 months or does the 18 months include consideration of this fact? Because I thought they took the piss at the beginning!

Are you happy hun - Will seem so far away I'm sure but does it feel like theres a step forward should it not happen before hand?

The 18 months includes the consideration.
I havent walked away unhappy, we have plenty of time to keep trying ourselves. Knowing theres nothing wrong stops me thinking "whats the point if nothing in my body is working" and it means theres stilla good chance of getting pg natrually.

You could also consider dabbling in natural therapies while TTC naturally until then?

Thats on the NHS, definatley considering the natrual therapies, just need the cash lol

Natural things like accupuncture, natropaths etc are expensive but there are so many success stories a going around about them and fertility!
