Norethisterone/noriday - positive opk cd7

First time posting in here but just wondering has anyone got experience with this. I got a script for myself norethisterone/noriday because I was due my period at the end of my honeymoon. I’m the end my period arrived on my wedding day on 4th august (cruel Mother Nature!!) I started taking them anyway in the hopes it would stop it and it did fairly quickly. When I got home I immediately stopped taking them because we want to ttc. So because I stopped them I got another short and light period that started on the 16th. I had gotten cheap opks and a clear blue digital so I started testing every day on cd1 not expecting anything but just to get to know my full cycle. I got a positive in both the cheap sticks and clearblue digital on cd7?? I’ve continued testing since but the build up of lines is gone altogether and it’s lookimg like it was correct? I’m so confused!
