Nosebleed - can anyone reassure me?

LO has had a temperature and a virus all weekend. The last 24 hours his temp has been better but he's still not right.

Anyway this morning he was really crying and snorting, it turns out his nose was bleeding a bit from 1 side. At first I thought it was a scratch but I cleaned him up and it's definitely a nosebleed. It stopped but has restarted a little - I am of course worried but hoping I'm just being an over anxious mummy, I'm waiting for the doc to call me back but hoping one of you can reassure me too.

Doc finally rang back - not to worry about 1 or 2 that stop fairly quick coz it's common when they are poorly but if it continues for a long time or he has 3-4 in a day etc then to get him checked.
