not getting my hopes up

So i did the clear blue 10 count ovulation test. The first was not fertile and then the last 9 were all high fertility so now might be my peak, i dont know, i just know that last two days. I stopped drinking, started taking prenatal pills, and using the fertility lube. My mil said that for her when she had 9 days of high fertility that she took a test and she was pregnant. Is it too good to be true or could it possibly have happened that fast? I just dont want to get my hopes up, ive been trying almost the last 3 yrs for a second baby.

I havnt got any advice, all I can say is take a test as that the only way you can put your mind at rest
