My 3 year old has stopped listening to me when I ask him to do something. ie: quiet down, stop jumping on the dog, etc. I mean, I know that's normal for a toddler but I'm tired of counting "1, 2, 3!" and then giving him a timeout. Any advice on how to get him to listen the FIRST time!? Thanks!

im glad to hear u all saying the same thing my little boy is 3 in july n im sick of time out,he was only out of bed half an hour this morning n he was in time out,he is so stubborn and refused to say sorry.
