Not returning to work but need help

Hello, I started my maternity leave in Jan 12 and had my beautiful baby boy in Feb 12. I am due to start back work in Oct 12 I have decided not to return back as I already have another son. I really need help with my letter, any help would be grateful. And also, in the letter, when I'm stating effective from DATE, what date is it, do I put in the date I'm due back or the date of the letter

Hi Clare, I am currently doing the same as I am due back at the end of Oct too. I think you should use the date you would be due back as up until this point you will still be entiltled to all your normal benefits (holiday etc) You should also try and find out if they owe you any holiday too.
