not settling on formula milk

Hi, hope youre all good.
My little girl Chloe was born at 31 weeks and luckily had no real problems, we finally bought her home a couple of weeks ago.

She always refused to breastfeed so i expressed and she had my milk from a bottle, but i stopped expressing last week and she went onto apitmil formula.
Everyone ive spoken to said their baby also got much fuller on formula and settled really well, but Chloes doing the opposite!
She also used to go 4-5 hours between feeds, but now shes on formula im lucky if she goes for 2 hours between feeds! she also seems a lot more unsettled then she used to.

Does anyone know why or what i can do to help?

No explanation but can say this happened with Jonny. He was all over the place when I was switching over from ebm to aptamil. Once we ran out of ebm ad he was fully on formula he has settled down but it did take a couple of weeks.

It may just take some time to adjust to the formula.
