Not sure as NTNP at the mo

Hey girls I bought these tests from Amazon, tested Friday when I got them no hint of a line, not sure where I am with my cycle as just recovering from my ectopic. Felt off all day so tested and got a faint line so dipped another in the same pee and another squinter... I doubt you will see the lines in the pic but I'm very sceptical and think these are not real, all showed up within 3 mins. Has anyone used thes from Amazon self diagnostics.

I dipped one in water and nothing. Saw 1 review which said they gave false lines so I'm guessing I have a bad batch. X
