Hi my name is Brittany I have 4 wonderful girls 6,4,2,and 4 months my husband and i do not use protection everytime we BD. My question is how do I know if I'm pregnant since my youngest is 4 months old and I haven't started my period yet. We are not activly trying to get pregnant but we are okay if I do.

Every other Monday for example will give you a great indication until AF returns.

You could start tracking your body signs on FF for instance so you can get an idea of how your body acts every month. Test also, and then hopefully you will see a clear pattern of how your body is getting back to normal and should be able to anticipate AF and your ovulation/fertile times. Therefore having a better idea of when you would most likely get pregnant should you bed without protection etc.
