How odd, I think Gremlins must have got hold of my post on here. Anyway, I updated on our Sparkler thread to say that my MW said it is perfectly safe to take from 34 weeks (will start on Wednesday) although if your BH's become too strong or you have a lot of trouble sleeping you might want to stop or at least cut your dose down.

Well Im finally at 30 wks, its so exciting, 10 wks to go!
