Nub question please xx

If what everyone is classing as the nub as the bold white area on this scan pic what is that thin white line above it??? Its really bugging me...so Far ive had Girl guesses but like I say what is that thin white line above the bold white line?? any feedback would be fab xxx

I'm no tech or expert but I'd guess as one of the hip bones? There looks like theres another underneath too
