Nursery furniture show me yours!

berry I know what you mean. If we could start the spare room from scratch and have it just as a nursery I too would have everything matching. We are hoping to move to a bigger place next year but until then, the babies will have to share the spare room with some office things such as a small (pretty) desk with OH's computer, a printer, some office supplies and bookcases with my research books. There is already a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as the room so far was also a the guestroom, and that will be the changing table. I am just getting a changing pad for on top and that will have to do for now :(

PS but as we are planning to have them in our room at night in an arms reach twin cot, maybe this is not so bad?

That is so pretty! Yeah we are kinda lucky as we have a 3 bedroom house and the other two rooms were my dressing room and a shoe and handbag room, hehe. which has all got to go now! Hubbys office is in the kitchen at the mo but I will soon need this space for baby too so erm he is being rehoused in the smaller room, which will also have to double up as my dressing room, as there is just no room in our bedroom! But baby will be in with us too for a while in this maybe

Oh but that is pretty! Why won't he? Too brightly coloured?

Ahh my hubby is a very simple man, by that I mean he likes plain and simple stuff, so hes happy with the walls being painted blue but he wouldn't like a patterened wall paper. Does that make sense? lol

I guess so yes. Shame cause this is so easily removable later on when the LO is older and not like having to repaint the whole room. Men eh.

Yup hes a pain like that sometimes! But then the other day I showed him a wall sticker of the world and he liked that, but only becasue he likes maps and things and thought it would be educational as well. But I thought it would be better when baby is older.
