*nurturing follicle growth?*

hi,
today is cd8. i had 4 follicles that were about 6mm-7mm.
i go in for another scan thursday. i want to make sure
my follicles are healthy and growing steadily. any recommendations
for encouraging/nurturing follicle growth?

vkj, it's all about the blood flow, you need to make sure there is good blood supply to your follicles so your eggs get the nutrients. ask them during the scan if the blood flow is good, they can usually see it. There are some massages you can do to stop blood going to your legs for a little while and divert it into your reproductive organs; also regular orgasms help bring blood to that area. protein is said to be good while stimming.

thanks! had a scan today at cd11. follicles are still the same as 3 days ago. super frustrating. i had to take a blood test to check hormones.

doctor will be calling me later this afternoon about next steps.
