O day change?

I use to take the Fermara and trigger shot my Oday was anywhere from 19 to 21 now after 9 myths break this is first month I added vitex and epo to the Fermara did this push my day back? It's only cd 14. First test was cd 13 early am 2nd test 1 am cd 14 and the last test was cd 14 just now 10 am. I had done a few more earlier days but they were just as light as first one so I threw them am I ovulating?????
