omg i'm kinda freaking out right now.. got my test results back on the lab's online portal, and the hcg only went up to 707 (65 hrs doubling time) and progesterone went down to 10. Doctor is going to call me in an hour, they had already had the phone consult scheduled before I even called. I'm so afraid it's not viable but holding onto hope that if i just go on progesterone cream it will save it. I've been having spotting for 7 days now that is getting worse. I don't know what to think, if it's a viable pregnancy then shouldn't it be producing progesterone on its own by now?

lomelindi I am not really sure on the progesterone my doctor started me on it right away I have a history of low progesterone . Hopefully your doctor can give you some good answers hang in there

Sorry about the slow doubling lomelindi. As dor progesterone, as far as I know the placenta only takes over prog production in 12th week, so supplements might be helpful until that time if the cause of the problem is that the corpus luteam is not creating enough progesterone.

TTC74: I took a digi that said not pregnant at 11 dpo.

So my doctor prescribed me progesterone. He did not do any tests to see if mine is actually low or not. I am not sure if I should take it or not. What are your thoughts? I don't even know if it is safe to take when your prigesterone is normal?

She called back, I'm to go on 200 mg progesterone twice a day to save it if we can. So nervous, I hope it isn't too late. I could have went on the cream on Friday and I didn't. Going to get my prescription now, and then straight to the doctor's to get another blood draw. We're going to monitor hcg and progesterone every couple of days. My temp has stayed the same so I'm really hoping its not too late. She said it could be due to my thyroid being really weak and not keeping the progesterone going, or it could be my body is detecting something wrong with the baby and letting it go. Only time will tell and if the hcg slows down then it will miscarry. Ugh this sucks!!!

Ttc74 my digi was bfn at 12dpo. Here is it is compared to the wondfo dipped at the same time.

TTC74 my lines were pretty dark before i got a positive digi
Star7 I think it would be safe when they do bloods if it is to high they will probably take you off it

As for me I did not think my tests could get any darker but it this is the last test I had and it is so prett6 it made me cry a little

Hi everyone, congratulations to you all!

We got a positive on a home pregnancy test last week, but had a blood test this morning with our fertility clinic to confirm it!

Early days (of course), but I am officially 4 weeks 1 day pregnant with an estimated due date of October 28th.

Feeling very surreal at the moment, but we have a scan on March 15th so maybe it will feel more real then!

I was away from my computer all weekend, so I didn't keep up very well.

Congrats to all the new bfps! And I hope everyone's not going too nuts waiting for their appointments!

RE: My feelings on twins:
We're fine with the possibility. Having gone through infertility, almost 1.5 years of trying, and injectable cycles having two would be a blessing. Stressful, I'm sure, but a welcome blessing. That said, I would be much more nervous regarding complications, so as far as the health of the baby and pregnancy, a single would be best.

I managed to find a well-reviewed, English-speaking ob/gyn that could see me very soon, which was awesome. I'll have my next scan on the 28th, at 7 weeks with the new ob/gyn. Just praying until then that there will be a heartbeat.

Thanks ladies. I should get my results in the morning. I'm now signed up with the lab's online portal so I can get my results directly instead of waiting for the doctors office to call. I've started having slight shooting pains/sensations down there, can't tell if it's bladder or uterus, hoping it's not the start of cramping. Hubby is trying to help me remember if it's not healthy then it's best to miscarry and we'll try again. I know that but starting over would suck. But at least if it does happen then hopefully my thyroid will be at the right level by next month and I will already have the progesterone so I can take it right away to keep things going. Just trying not to stress and let things be as they may.

Low progesterone can cause spotting, so hopefully with progesterone supplements all will be well. The spotting and twinges combined with low progesterone and more slowly rising hcg would definitely be anxiety inducing though. Hoping all will be well.

Ruskie your lines are incredibly dark! I've never seen an IC get as dark as the control before 5 weeks before. At 4 weeks mine was still only half dark and my hcg was over 400!

At this point I suspect twins I will know for sure on March 16th I confirmed with my dr today that we will be doing a scan . If it isn't multiples I will be very suprised cause my symptoms are also heightened compared to my other 2 pregnancies 😀

Be honest, three days after my vfl bfp, these should be getting darker faster, right. And tonight’s (on bottom) is actually slightly lighter than this morning’s (on top), right?
