on and off cm at 7dpo?

Hi guys im 7dpo today and not having much cm, only seem to get it if i check internally but after having a bowel movement earlier(sorry tmi) i had alot of white cm bit like lotion but quite a bit there never really noticed that much before but since then ive had no more?

Im thinking im out this month as i thought i would have increased cm if preggo but it was only alot that one time?

only other symptoms are very bloated to which im getting pretty consious of the fact and also pinchy cramps on and off?

Anyone else in the same boat? xxx

im 6dpo and ive had on and off creamy cm alday. im also very bloated and mild cramps down left side, starting to feel like i got butterflies in my tummy, but i think im out this month as BD'd too early i think and FF says my chances are low
