OPK and FMU

If I were to get a positive opk with FMU can that be classed as a false positive? I do test 2/3x a day but I find my wee is just so diluted during the day because of how much water I drink I can just never get a postive opk. My lines are always darkest first thing and then tend to get lighter through out the day. So if I were to get a positive with FMU can I class that as a real positive?? I know they say to test in the afternoon/evening so I'm not really too sure

My ob doc always told me to test 1 st thing in the morning. My fertility specialist doesn't believe in them haha only temping. Lots of different opinions ! So hard to tell!
