+OPK followed by AF 4 days later & no temp rise

Hi,
I'm really confused & hoping someone can help

I started using OPKs on cycle day 15 (usually my cycle is 30+days). I got a positive result last thursday and again last friday so assumed I would ovulate shortly after but my temperature hasn't shifted at all. In fact my temps have been all over the place (it's my first month charting) and now I've got what I think is my period today. I've heard of ovulatory bleeding but i suspect this is too heavy to be that, and also given that i haven't noticed a temperature change in the last 4 days i presumably haven't ovulated at all. I'm not so worried about that because I know it's not unusual to have some months where you don't ovulate, but I'm more worried about the fact that I've got my period only 4 days after my first positive OPK. I had egg-white CM all last week also so it all pointed to ovulation. Anyone experienced this before?

Also i should add i've been taking B complex vits and EPO for the last month.

Hmm , maybe just a blip & your next cycle will be back to normal?
(typical when it's yur first one charting!!)

Or could it be implantation spotting? Possible at 4dpo?

I was kinda hoping it could be implantation spotting! But with no rise in temperature I guess that's really unlikely. Thanks for the reply
