OPK my test gallary! (please help me.)

Okay so I decided to use opk's this month and I am just confused on this one thing. Do you start counting days (like Cd 1-2-3-4-5 etc etc) from your last day of your period or your first dat of your period?
So like is the day after your period stops CD 1? Thanks! (ps If I am right I am on CD 3-4
