+ OPK? Need opinions

I took a "Answer" brand OPK last night that was negative, and took another one this morning and this is the result I got within 5 minutes? Looks pretty positive to me, I'm on CD13 and also had my first round of 100mg Clomid (CD5-9) I am going to test again at lunch time.
