Orange phone on contract

Anyone know when you can lower the tarrif? It's a 24 month contract if that makes any difference

not until the last 6 months so i was told when i rung them the other day BUT depending on what animal contract your on it may be different.
trying ringing customer services hun. xx

I think Oh only has 6 months left on it anyway, I think I'll ring them today to see of I can lower it,not sure if he's on the lowest though ill have to check that too I suppose lol
