Went shopping with girlies a couple of hours slow pace nothing to much

Now have huge braxton hicks. Pain down there and when braxton hicks come pressure in my bum. Had half hour of back ache too. is this what the next 5 weeks will be like?

I am sure they will go away. I have them a lot at night because my body is tired from the day. It's a common time to get them. Drink lots of water and lay down!

Yeah, i'm sure they'll ease off. But I know. it really really sucks!
