Out this month but a question for next month...

I have made a dr's appt as I'm a bit concerned. I haven't gotten a +OPK in 2 months but bbt and regular cycle confirm O around CD16. Another issue is that for the last 5 months (+OPK or not) I have cramping from CD22-26 that feel really low in my pelvis, almost like it's in my hip bones, and in my lower back. It then disappears for 2-3 days until AF comes. The pain doesn't seem to coincide with O or AF pains so I don't know what it is and never had it before coming off the pill.

Nurse said it could be nothing but wants me to meet with Dr. Anyone else experience something like this?

TTC #1 for 5 cycles now but getting discouraged something's not right

I have never had anything like that. Most likely its nothing, bodies do weird things somethings. Good thing to get checked out and maybe have some basic tests done to rule out whatever the doc decides.

I can relate to everything you said; not always getting positive OPKs, strange cramping (that every month I get my hopes up thinking it is implantation cramps..grr) and feeling discouraged and thinking that something is wrong.

I am interested in seeing other responses! When is your drs appointment?

I get that sort of cramping the first week or so of the LP sometimes. I've read that it can be fluid that is released when you O. The fluid hangs around and can really irritate your tissues and can cause twinges and/or cramps. My guess is since it's just in LP it might be something like that, but better safe than sorry. Please, please do not give up hope yet. Anything within 6 months is perfectly normal (esp if you just came off bcp), and some healthy couples can even take up to a year. I was worried too, but I got my BFP on cycle 6. Sadly that pregnancy ended in a loss at 8 weeks, but I'm hopeful that we'll catch our healthy bean soon.
