Over 35 what days did you take CLOMID

Im 35 and on my last round of clomid that my obgyn will prescribe me before being referred to a fertility specialist. I was wondering what days you took clomid. She told me cd5-9. I took 2 rounds 50mg on 5-9 and this one I was thinking of doing 3-7 but was affraid to mess it up. My last round is at 100mg. I was wondering if 5-9 was better if age was the problem. I was on depo for years and im sure that is my problem however I took one month off clomid and O'ed on my own so I guess I will O without it.

No but the month after my three cycles, I got pregnant. The FS said that is not uncommon.

2-6 for me 50mg had one sucessful pregnancy and one early loss out of 4 cycles x

day 3-7, does anyone know why it varies?

My doc also prescribed it days 4- 8. I have now completed my third cycle of Clomid (150mg).
