Well I should be due af on friday but I already started spotting so I have now began taking the evening primrose oil aswell as the agnus cactus.

You are right though about the after taste with the vitex it is gross!!! LOL

I'm stiil doing the AC and the evening primrose oil. Like arcanegirl time will tell if it works or not. But I will say I think the evening primrose oil is increasing my cm.

I see on ebay they have tablets, liquid & the herbs for tea I think!

Mine are the ones from Holland and Barratt, called Agnus castus but its the same thing as Vitex.
I got 200 capsules in a pot for £11 each capsule is 400mg

Is that too much AG?

mine say to take two twice a day.

Still taking Vitex..... even though its making me reach every time I swallow it but hopefully that due to other reasons (lol)......

If my test is BFN , will definatley be bagging some more at the bargin price.
