own or rent?

Being nosey all these house/area threads made me wonder how many people own and how many rent their house?

We both own and rent - we own a house, but had to move areas very quicky (about 10 days or so) so we found a house to rent for now.

We are selling ours and we'll buy somewhere when we find something we like, we're not in a huge rush.

Own and although I do love owning our own home it does p!ss me off that we have to fix things like the boiler etc when something brakes and my friends who rent moan if something is broken cause they have to wait 2 days for the landlord to fix it lol!
