Rent I hate hate hate renting purely because of the estate agents, they're a nightmare!

we're waiting 4/5 years to self build.

Rent i suppose, but the house belongs to my mum, so we don't actually pay any rent.. we keep saying we should start saving to buy, but the idea of saving thousands and thousands over x amount of years is really off putting lol! i like instant results haha, x

I bought my first condo at 21. I met OH at 23 and sold mine, moved into his (as a non paying renter ). We now own a house.

As much as i like the fact i can decorate how i want and anything that breaks gets fixed for free, I absolutely HATE living in a flat thats so mouldy everythings breaking and needs renewing - i REALLY want to buy my own house in the area i want with a garden!

We could afford a mortgage if it wasnt for the bloody deposit!

We own although sometimes I wish we didn't we could only afford to buy a 2 bed flat In a not so nice area I would give anything to live in a house on a nice quiet street lol
Plus side though we have a garden lol

Both. We own but are in the process of renting it out and we live in a rented house which is a bit bigger with a garden. We can't sell our own house atm so this was our only option. I love our rented house though, I am dreading the thought of moving out if/when the landlady wants it back
