own or rent?

We rent.We veiwed houses to buy whenour ds1 was a baby but never found anything we liked,then the prices went up and we couldnt afford it.

own and although i do love owning our own home it does p!ss me off that we have to fix things like the boiler etc when something brakes and my friends who rent moan if something is broken cause they have to wait 2 days for the landlord to fix it lol!

Rent, I would like to own but not that fussed at the minute Im 24 but would ideally like to own by the time Im 30 so need to start some serious saving from next year!

Privately rent, paying more than we would if we were to buy the same house!!

We cannot get a mortgage as we don't have savings
