pain under right ribs but more around the back??

what could this be? its just come on and taking my breath its pretty painful, its like an achy crampy pain under my right ribs but more around my back😥 im soo scared

I've had the same pains since 28ish weeks (I'm 33 + 2), I asked my midwife about it and she said its just muscle pains around the back and the baby squashing my organs under my ribs, she said once baby drops, I'll feel a sense of relief. Hoping baby drops soon!!

baby has alredi dropped iv taken paracetermol its not budging its spreading round ma right side ribs:S more round my back i dont know if its something worth making a fuss over though :/

Ive had this for the last couple of weeks too. I've also had REALLY bad reflux/ acid/ heartburn. I think the 2 are connected. Have you had much acid discomfort?
