Oh goodness that sounds very similar to my 2nd baby. He was my biggest 8lb 15oz which I know is nothing compared to 10lbs wowsers girrrl u deserve a medal.
They never had to break my sons arm but he got very stuck and it was a really traumatic birth and because like u i was pushing for so long he was born purple with blue lips hands and feet and it breathing. I remember waiting and waiting for him to cry and it felt like a eternity.
When he finally did it was such a huge relief.
I new he was a big baby but I wasn't listened too.
I'm only tiny and short so it was really traumatic and extremely painful because I had just had the epidural and it didn't get a chance to work.
He was also 2 weeks over due.
All my other babies have all been 7lbs something apart from mine and dh dd she was a tiny 5lb 7 but was 4 weeks early.
I'm being induced with this one at 37 weeks so expecting another 7lb something baby hope no bigger because I never want to have to go through that again. My biggest did have a different dad tho.
Man hon u really have been through it bless you.
Please please give yourself a massive pat on the back hon. U did amazing always remember that.
She is absolutely beautiful sending gentle healing hugs and a huge congratulations
