Painful contraction - early labour?

hi ladies can you help me with something please
last night i woke with awful gas pain and nausea and woke with nausea today and bad dioreah, and i went to tesco before and went the cafe to see if i could eat anything and while i was sitting there i got a pain and my bump went hard with it i think it was a contraction i only had it once but had awful strong bh's all day and feeling alot more pressure on my cervix and people saying the baby has dropped alot. what do you think all this could mean im nearly 34 weeks you dont think this could all be the start of early labour do you?? anyone else had this????

I havent sorry, maybe call your hospital as youre still pretty early? Hopefully youre feeling better x
