Pains. So Scared. What's Right?

I have a scan in 2 days! but im so scared its going to be the same as last time with no heartbeat i think im around thirteen weeks because i stopped feeling sick about a week ago. but now i have mild period pain.. almost all the time! please can someone help me, to put my heart at rest. or just to tell me the truth.

Im not an expert by any means but ive heard that the pains could be the uterus moving up and thats what causes the discomfort.
Ive also heard that when the placenta fully takes over then symptoms can become milder xxx

sounds like what i had which was everything down there streching and moving for baby

losing symptoms happens about 12 weeks so I wouldn't worry about that. I am sure if you haven't got any other reason to worry that things will be fine but it is natural to be all the same. Good luck. x
