palpitations, anxiety and sore arms and legs

Hi everyone

For the last couple of weeks ive suffered with really bad palpitations that last for hours at a time. Went to docs and my heart rate was 120 ( was anxious ) we put it down to stress as a few things been going on, also BP high but usually is. She gave me tablets for it but now I ache all over, heard stress can do this, is that right?

Also she gave me an ECG and that was norma..

Im worried sick though

if your ecg was normal, id say it was just stress hun as i get these symptoms when im stressed out xx stress can give you lots of physical symptoms x
