Panicking about having another MMC :(

I had a scan that showed MMC on 18th feb, D&C on 21st Feb and got my BFP on 4th April before my period. I didn't have any symptoms at time of BFP. Now I just have slightly sore boobs, more visible veins than last time, the occasional racing heart, tiredness but quite a lot of twinges, aches and light cramping. I'm absolutely petrified its happening again. I have a dating scan on Wednesday and I don't know if I'll be able to cope if they say I've lost this one too. Especially as the scan is in the day and I have to go back to work afterwards.

dont worry hun. its only natural to be terrified i am too, had a MMC in nov. hang in there. it will be fine

With this pregnancy I was terrified before our first U/S. Our second pregnancy was fine with a heartbeat at 6 weeks (3 U/S, one TV and abdominal at the MFM and one abdominal at the OB). When we went back a few weeks later baby had died that day or very soon after. I refused the U/S at the OB at 6 weeks and waited until we went to the MFM at 8 weeks. They took my BP before and nearly sent me to a cardiologist that day because it was so high (hasn't been that high since). We ended up having two healthy babies in there.

Hi miniegg I was on a mc thread with you and was stroung through this section looking for positive stories when I saw this post. I'm sure everything will be fine but can only imagine how totally petrified you must be feeling. I hope the scan went well? Please update x x x

The scan went very well yday. Saw and heard little heartbeat. The sonographer said everything looks fine. Today tho I have been having a bit of brown discharge. So worried.

Yay I'm so pleased the scan went well such a relief!! I'm sure the discharge is nothing to worry about but I can also imagine that's easier said than done, I had brown bleeding with my son and he's now a perfectly healthy 21 month old x x

When you had the bleeding did you have mild cramps on and off?

If they did TV U/S that can irritate the cervix and cause a small amount of spotting. If it goes away within a day or two I wouldn't worry about it.
