Parcel with courier...?

Hi does anyone know if I ring a courier company they will be able to tell me if there is a parcel there for me?

Have you got tracking information? Then again if you give your name and address they should be able to find it from that. If you brought from a high street store a order number will probably help too x

No I don't have the tracking information. Was hoping they would say from my name but no idea

I tried. They can't tell me without tracking number. Couldn't get direct to my local one which was a pain
