I always struggled to know if I was doing Pelvic Floor exercises correctly and also to remember to actually do them at all!

Well, I thought I'd share a top tip which has helped me. I now do them after having a wee. I find that it's easier to isolate the right muscle, and I always remember to do them. I don't mean whilst weeing, as that can cause problems I believe, although they say now and again is ok just to test the strength of your pelvic floor. But after you've finished having a wee, really makes it much easier for me to do them right.

Happy squeezing! :haha:

Another excellent exercise to strengthen pelvic floor if you have trouble isolating the muscle is to do squats. Squats actually work your pelvic floor as well as other muscles that you'll use during child birth.
