I always struggled to know if I was doing Pelvic Floor exercises correctly and also to remember to actually do them at all!
Well, I thought I'd share a top tip which has helped me. I now do them after having a wee. I find that it's easier to isolate the right muscle, and I always remember to do them. I don't mean whilst weeing, as that can cause problems I believe, although they say now and again is ok just to test the strength of your pelvic floor. But after you've finished having a wee, really makes it much easier for me to do them right.
Happy squeezing!
