there was a floor panel which wasnt secured in at all and i fell thru it, i was hanging onto netting thru a hole like 10ft off the floor!!
the staff were totally under qualified to deal with any kind of situation, none of them actually seemed that bothered (two didnt even realise as they were listening to their ipods so didnt hear anything going on...) and the manager told me 'oh you're alrite, its nothing serious'
bet she regret saying that when the letter from my solicitor dropped thru the door...!
