Peyton/Payton- Boy or Girl name?

I was thinking of having it on my girl list. But I've done alot of research of people saying its more masculine. What do you think? I got it off of the little girl's name Peyton/Payton on the movie The Game Plan lol.

My cousin is due a baby girl in about 2 weeks and she is going to call her Peyton.
I think its lovely and very different.

The only Peyton I've ever met was a girl...I think it was originally a boy's name though, but it's been taken over by the girls!

I see it as a girls name, i like it spelt Peyton. I think it is far too feminine to be a boys name.

I'm not really into Peyton for either gender, but I have seen a few Peytons at a summer camp I worked at and they were all girls.
